Well, not sure if it still works like mine did, but my second interview was much more detailed in the questions regarding the job (like my sample questions above). It felt more "test like" and less like an interview. They wanted to see what I actually knew about the different aspects of the job.

If you saw the process, it's pretty funny and low tech. We actually had to catch her in a moving blanket because if she hit the pad at full speed (even using the brake) she'd get injured. Basically, as she would come down, another technician and I, would have to immediately go into a sprint...

I used to be part of the "Tinkerbell Flight Crew." What's even funnier isn't just where she lands, but the process we had to use to slow her down and "catch her."

I would definitely look into becoming a DVC member if an Epcot resort was made. I still consider Epcot my "home" park since it's the one park I can say I've been to the same year it opened. I've always loved Epcot. As for the complaints. Some people apparently want it to just be the Magic...
