Crowds are the exact same. It's Very slow, actually, it's a bit better. The taping of the Parade makes MK awful the whole weekend. You don't have that the 2nd weekend, and I love it. I generally stay away from Magic Kingdom on the weekends anyway, because that is where the locals go to a lot, and it's crowded. (Unless they have Magic Hours, or our Christmas Party is Sunday Night) But, unless someone REALLY wants to see the taping of the Xmas day parade (which I find to be pointless), there is no good reason not to go the 2nd week. All the decorations are complete and in all their glory, same prices and same low crowd levels.
