I agree but the budget only allows so much. We have about 9 days including arrival and departure days. One day will be a pool/relax day.

Update: Thank you again everyone for your help! We did Disney Springs in the afternoon for about an hour super crowded! We then swam and went to the Boardwalk. It was fabulous! Not crowded and kids loved the street performers.

We were planning on eating on the Boardwalk on our arrival day, but now I see a reservation has opened up for Spirit of Aloha Show. Any thoughts of show with 2 kids 6 and 9? We have a reservation at Hoop Dee Doo for later in our trip.
