lol, sorry! I knew when I was explaining it that it didn't sound like you needed the format :/ Actually, in the the season 6 episode Substitute, we found out that the numbers represent candidates to take over Jacob's position of protector of the island. Each person was given a number.

I centered the names and I think I just space-barred them until it looked okay. Hope that helps
