Can someone tell me if any of the bathrooms at Disney have a small child sized toilet and sink? We are potty training and my DD loves using the smaller sized ones when we go out. I know that there may be a wait sometimes for this bathroom (if it exists).

Sure hope Fantasyland has several!!

Thanks

I know it does sound strange to ask. I never did either until I had a child. I used to think they were a nuisance too.

The closest thing is a family restroom. They're located here:

Chester and Hester's Dinosaur Treasures in Dinoland USA
Near Maharajah Jungle Trek on the left before the entrance
Inside Maharajah Jungle Trek to the right as you exit the Bat House
Conservation Station

DHS:

Opposite Star Tours
Right side of Millionaire building on Mickey Avenue
Rock 'N' Roller Coaster
Opposite The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
Fantasmic! amphitheater
Right side of Lights, Motors, Action!

Epcot:

Spaceship Earth On Left as you face SE
Spaceship Earth on Right as you face SE near Gateway Gifts
Future World West opposite The Land
Future World East opposite Test Track
Refreshment Port (right side of World Showcase - before Canada)
Morocco on the right
Germany on the right

Try the baby care centers! I know for sure that the one at HS has a little potty. I didn't look at the restrooms at the other ones, but I bet they have one too.

I agree that the baby care centers are your best bet. We haven't needed them is quite some time, but I do recall them having smaller restrooms in at least one of them (there is only one per park). I really think it was the MK, but I do not recall. Anyway, all of them are great for a little down time for the young ones as a way to get away from the overload of stimulus kids might take in at the parks.

They have lower sinks for the kiddos but no small toilets. I remember having to help my little ones up when they were potty triaging while at the parks.

I don't know about the parks, but the Mermaid rooms at AoA had very short toilets. They were the same size as the ones that were in the kindergarten bathrooms when I taught in public school.

They also sell disposable kids toilet seat covers with Disney designs on them. Im sure you've seen them at babies r us. They can help with using a regular sized toilet. When training your daughter, when she has to go, she has to go, so I doubt you will have time to run accross the park to find the baby center. You will be lucky to get into the nearest bathroom on time as it is.

one thing to remember if the family restroom have handicapped toilets, they could be even higher for people in wheelchairs. could be a problem esp for little boys.

Both good points to make. I was planning on taking Chlorox wipes but those may work better. They for sure may be quicker if I already have them out when I go into the bathroom. I know how I am myself-gotta go you gotta go.

If you need speed, you might be better off with alcohol wipes. They would work faster than the Clorox wipes, which usually require a 30-60 second waiting. Not to easy with a little one! I nearly always have a bunch of alcohol wipes packages with me.

I just looked on a container of Clorox wipes and it says at least 4 minutes. Way too long to wait. I'd go with toilet seat covers.
