No...it doesn't have to be taken at the parks. But it does of course, need to involve Disney.

This is the first chance I've been able to look at this...and yes...technically it is in violation of the rules, so those images of POTC that have been taken that used flash are not eligible.

Remember, you are not supposed to use flash on Pirates.

So I thought I try something different. This is neither POTC, nor a picture of Jack Sparrow. This is at World of Disney in Downtown Disney.
