Trip Report Yayyy here we go!!

Hi everyone! So after getting doubly-excited (is that a word?) reading along with @Tuvalu and @littleroo TRs, we decided to see if we could get a room at the best place in the world!!! We did!! We are going to be in our happy place the first week of November staying at our fav hotel, the POFQ!!! This is going to be a combo anniversary (36 yrs Sept.) and my birthday (Dec) for us. Don't ask how old please! lol You are only as old as you feel.
The "we" are my always super DH and myself. We don't put up a lot of selfies--DH is kinda shy. (You can ask @Mr Ferret 88 about that.) We have one married DD. We have been taking numerous "just us" trips for a while now.
I guess I had better tag some people otherwise they are going to be upset with me: @Mr Ferret 88, @littleroo, @epcotisbest, @Sans Souci, and please let me know if I forgot anyone!
I will add plans as we get them set in stone. We usually don't get adrs and just wing it.
Ahhhh I am soo happy!!! :D:happy::D

Thanks to all you guys for the well wishes!! Love you guys!!
I am feeling much better. I still don't know what it was that made me sick, but much better now.
We just took it easy and slowed down a bit. I can't believe our week is up!! :cry:
I'm sorry that I didn't keep you guys up-to-date. But when I get home and settled back in, I will try to catch you up.

Well we made it back and life continued to take over. So, I have been trying to get back to the normal routine. DH returned to work on Monday. The weather was slightly cooler at home than at WDW. Our lows have been down to low 30s and we had a frost since we got back. The highs are in the 60s. Not much sun either due to the forest fires around us. Smoke is hanging in the air. I want to just head back to WDW. It was really the most perfect weather the whole week.
I had originally planned on doing live reports all week, but when I got sick, that just wasn't happening. Plus, I share a phone plan with our DD and she had almost run through all our data the week before. I had to turn my phone off a couple of days until the new month started. :banghead: That was interesting!!

We got to go on Soarin' two different days. I love, love, love this ride. DH liked the last one a bit more. But, I really loved this one. We did the safari 3 times which I think is a record for us. We got all our favorites in this trip.
We could not believe the luck we had with last-minute reservations. We would just check to see if we could get a table and had no problem whatsoever. We ate at Coral Reef twice, and Nine Dragons once. The rest of the time we ate at Sunshine Seasons at Epcot, Pecos Bill at MK, Yesake at DS, food court at Riverside, pizza at Via Napoli at Epcot twice, plus some kiosks at F&W.
