My entire morning was just one long meeting (9-1pm). I only had coffee for breakfast and they didn't provide us with anything to eat during the meeting. I almost considered eating the plastic apples that were in the middle of the conference table toward the last hour I was so hungry. But I only had to deal with 60 or so e-mails today at least.

I've had days like that before. Actually this is the first weekend that I won't be working since May. Thinking of our upcoming WDW trip is the only thing keeping me going. I'm super burned out at this point!! Just know that it's all temporary.

What kind of job allows drinking on the job? Even bosses going on the three martini lunch went out of vogue in the 80's...Perhaps it's time to find a new boss?

It's a very strange work environment. At any given time you can go into the break room's fridge and find a 30 pack and a fifth. I manage to stay away from that if not just for health reasons. But people do it and really nothing bad has ever come of it. I guess maybe when someone breaks something while drinking they will come down a little more strict.

And for the record, I'd much rather deal with this than 89 emails from one person. That's ridiculous!
