Could anyone tell me what's going on at Epcot? Wonders of Life I mean. Everytime I go by it, it's closed. But it's still on the maps.

**confused**

Thanks for helping guys!

It is on seasonal operation, which means that it will only be open during peak times or when something else is closed. It also means that, most likely, it is on the track to permanent closure. General Grizz can tell you more than I can.

Disney doesn't want you to experience Wonders of Life because they get about 4 million dollars a year using its seasonal operation as a tax write-off.

It runs about every day for plant sunlight, Cast Member socials, and conventions. (As if they don't have other areas to do this). But not for Epcot's guests. . .

They want to close it for good next year to save operational costs, which is sad, considering there are so many easy ways to bring higher attendance. . .

Cranium Command is a must-see. Too bad it is gone but oh well. At least it is not being replaced by a similiar but very different attraction. (AI: Alien Encounter, Golden Horse Shoe, and World of Motion [even though I do enjoy Test Track])

I do have Cranium Command recorded though as with a good portion of Body Wars. But my video editing software does not work and I don't know how to use it anyway so I couldn't make a tribute video.

I am not too upset about the fact that Wonders of Life is closed...but I am upset that it sits there ready to open and instead just doesn't. If an attraction is seasonal then it means that is time to open something that you can bring people to. The whole Timekeeper/CoP/WoL situation bothers me because youa re taking good functional attractions and letting them sit vacant for no reason. Don't close them until you plan on doing something with them. I liked WoL but I wouldn't mind seeing something new...just don't let the building rot and do nothing for years like you did with 20K.

My suggestion would be to read General Grizz's thread, he has a bunch of info about Wonders of Life there.

Grizz, you're making me miss Cranium Command!!!

*salutes*
