WL - FW Walking Trail?

I thought I had read somewhere that the walking/bike trail between WL and FW was closed? A CM on MDE app said today that the nature trail was still available. Can anyone confirm if this is true? TIA

Not a specific trail per se, but there are lots of walking paths around the resort.
