Wishes from Capitol Grill

Im planning on making reservations at California Grill for the night we arrive. Is there a good place outside to see Wishes? Not in the park.

I didn't know there was a Capital Grill in WDW! Are you talking about California Grill? That is the only "grill" restaurant where you can even view Wishes so I am a little confused.

OMG...yes...I am so dumb. LOL...there is a Capitol where I live so that just came out. LOL...CALIFORNIA Grill is where we'll be eating.

Yes they have observation decks on the top of the contemporary that you can go out on. The pipe the music in.

Yep, even if you eat earlier before the fireworks, they'll usually let you back upstairs if you show your receipt.

On our previous trip, we had a decent table view...

Hopefully, the pics give you a good idea of what it's like up there...there are also a handful of vids on YouTube that should really illustrate what the view is like from the deck.
