Will I make it there in time?

Our flight lands at Orlando at 9am. We need to take Magic Express bus to get to Animal kingdom lodge and then hop on a bus to get to Animal Kingdom for 11:15am reservation at Yak and Yeti. You think we'll make it? Or I need to change reservation?

If *everything* goes correctly, you hit all your buses with no waiting at all, and you power-walk through the park, you could *maybe* theoretically make it.

But it's doubtful. All it takes it just missing the previous DME bus, or the park bus, or your plane has to sit and wait for a gate to open up so it can park...
Why have all the stress hanging over you? Move it later, like 1pm. If you're early, I'm sure they'll try and seat you as soon as they can.

Too many things can go wrong. I would make the lunch reservation no earlier than 1pm if you insist on a lunch reservation that day.

That's gonna be a little tight. My guess would be you reach hotel at 11:00. Add another 30 minutes to get to AK.

Our general rule of thumb when taking DME from MCO is to allow a minimum of three hours between our scheduled flight arrival and any reservations (ADRs/FP+'s) *not* at our home resort.
