9-Night dual family trip coming up in February and I used our DVC points for a full stay at our home resort...the Beach Club. Reserved that room months ago.
This week we were doing some planning and the other family has never been to Universal (first trip to Orlando, actually) and are huge HP fans. We decided to get one night at the Royal Pacific so the nine of us have two days of UniExpress passes. When booking that the plan was to simply keep the Beach Club room and pack a day bag for one night at Universal (the Royal Pacific is in the middle of the trip).
Now I started to brainstorm about potentially resort hopping. Check out of the Beach Club, spend one night at Royal Pacific, come back to a different DVC resort for the rest of the stay. But everyone would rather not pack everything up, including groceries, and move them to Universal for one night. Sooo...
Does anyone know if bell services would ever hold the luggage for an extra day and then transfer to our new resort? So check out of the Beach Club on the morning of day 5, check into a new DVC resort the evening of day 6. Bags stay in bell services overnight on Day 5 into Day 6. Possible?
