Wilderness Lodge - Water View rooms

Hi,

We booked (back in March) a Water View room in the WL for September 2024.
However, these rooms seem to have (completely) disappeared on the EU/Ireland website if wanting to be booked in the same time frame (September 2024)?

Could it be that these are not offered anymore of just booked up?

Additionally: I wanted to make use of an EU/Ireland offer of 4 nights for free but the water view rooms for some reason are not included in this offer possibility even though these are not explicitly excluded in the Terms & Conditions.

Anyone who has some more thought/Info on this?

They have changed the names of some room views, to consolidate the views across all resorts. Which is possibly why you can’t see it anymore. But it could also be that it’s sold out.

As for the deal, I think you’ll have to call and ask.

Yes I noticed that too that the Courtyard room changed to Waterview indeed.


I already called last week, they kept me on hold as the CM talked to a supervisor but when she picked up the call again she told me these were not included in the offer... why not then exclude them via the Terms & Conditions..

Offers are limited in quantity too, basically the deals are to sell the unsold rooms.
