Has anyone ever done the Trek?
Twice, see trip reports below.
Did you find it worth the money?
Yes!
What all did you do?
Again, better detail in my TRs. You get harnessed up and get some behind the scene views of the Safari and Pengani trail. You get up close encounters with the hippos, possibly even get to watch them get fed, and close encounters with the crocks. You get to walk across some rope bridges over the crocks. You get more time viewing the elephants and giraffe . Just over half way through you get a nice lite meal on the safari. You also get a water bottle to take home, a conservation pin, as well as all the pictures they take of you during your trek, a good many in our experience.

We LOVED it!! Jay and Karen were awesome guides. They were typically perfect CMs with wonderful insight and knowledge. It was a unique, exciting, personal experience. Pictures of our kids standing over the crocs were even on this year's Christmas card!
We used our DVC discount, but even without it, it's worth the money. We plan on doing it again in a few years.

We went on the Wild Africa Trek a couple of years ago. It was well worth it. I love the safari and this gave us a wonderful, behind-the-scenes glimpse of all that it has to offer. The guide told us the conservation pin we received was the most expensive pin on property because the only way to get it was to go on the trek. So don't trade it. :)
