Why no major rehabs?

I've talked to some co-cm's about why alot of attractions haven't been getting major rehabs that are very much needed like HM and some others and part of the reason 20K was shut down. The problem there is a state law that requires that all attractions built after the date it took affect must be designed with sepecific disability restrictions. That is a minor role that played in 20K being removed they were going to design an elevator type device to load the passenger in and it would have to be on a separate but accessible dock. At the JC we had a boat that was going to be like that but was scrapped. Another failed and terrible idea was a flatbed doombuggy, but it was scratched after the realization of the steep incline into the graveyard.

Yep..its the same law that causes some colleges to totally rebuild their walkways and major companies to re-construct buildings...no one is immune...
