Why Android App Update Wants Bluetooth/Phone Number Access

My android phone popped up a message for an available MDE app update. It wants permission to use Bluetooth and access my phone number.

Any idea why it would need either of these? I don't want Disney putting my cell phone number on a marketing list and then sharing it with their partners.

Bluetooth for location, im guessing here on the phone number to see if you are 'sharing' your MDE account believe me that Disney KNOWS your number
