LOVE PLUTO!!! So cute!
I have an obsession with Pluto!! LOL Have, since I was little. But... I can't imagine a trip to Disney and NOT dine with the characters. I have a long haired dachshund, looks JUST like Pluto!!

Firstly....NEVER - NEVER EVER - too old for character meals. With the exception of Garden Grove over at the Swan, we have done every single WDW character breakfast and after this upcoming trip where we try 1900 PF dinner...we will have tried every single character meal altogether. I say I do them for the kids, but it's no secret that mommy also really enjoys a character meal. :D

As for fave character breakfast...1900 PF is my fave. While we have yet to get a truly MAD Mad Hatter, the character interaction there is always so good, the chef is great with DD6s allergies, the smoked salmon with capers and dill cream cheese is diving, and they have my beloved pecan sticky rolls. I'm also a fan of CRT breakfast, Chef Mickey's breakfast, and Crystal Palace breakfast. Cape May could make that list if they'd add just 1 more character and Hollywood & Vine could make that list if they improved the character options. We had a bad experience with Tusker, but at some point I'd like to give it a 2nd chance. We prefer Akershus for lunch and dinner and I much prefer dinner at 'Ohana over the character breakfast.

Never done one...Too old now..:( :( :(

It is Disney you are never to old! We have 9 booked for Oct. Our boy does not Queue he has a meal and the characters come to you!!! Yes we have created a monster! Last time we were thier there was a lady from the UK who was on her own she did Character meals and we bumped in to her again on MNSSHP, she was a mature lady and she was having a great time. Age at Disney is only a state of mind.

I didn't really enjoy 'Ohana sadly. The food was kind of cold, and the characters weren't very lively. Service was just OK.:( Tusker House was nice, but they rushed us through the meal.:( I loved Chef Mickey's- although ours was dinner!:D The characters were the best and the buffet was pretty good!:D My DH enjoyed the buffet @ 1900 Park Fare ( dinner) and the stepsisters are hilarious ( service wasn't so great and they rushed us too- it was quite loud also!).

awwww one more :)

Maybe in 2014. I'm still scarred from a rescue attempt last year that went very wrong. We also can't agree on anything. DH wants to go back to labs, but after the 2012 failed rescue - not happening any time soon. DD6 wants a Westie, but this dog is for DD4 and DH and I are not as keen on small dogs or terriers. Great dogs- just not us. DD4 wants just about everything she sees as long as none of us suggest it  and I want a Great Pyrenees or a Newfoundland..which come with a whole host of issues.
