Good morning! Wishing I was in the world enjoying a magical Character Breakfast with my family. We will be heading down end of Aug. We have 3, yes 3, ADRs for Character Breakfast out of the 6 mornings we are waking up in the world. Some people think this is over kill. Here is the line up:
Sunday 1st morning: Chef Mickey's
Wednesday: Crystal Palace (before park opening) :D
Thursday: 1900 Park Fair
Here are some of the reasons I love Character Breakfasts:
They put you in a Magical mood
No lines in the heat to meet some of your favorite Characters
I have a DS age 4 so Characters are top of the list
All you can eat (take a banana for the rode ;))
Easy for my picky eaters (they can always find something they love)
Relaxed atmosphere
Lots of picture ops
What are some of the thing you love/hate about a Character Breakfast? Do you have a favorite?

I used to like them but as I have got older I steer clear of them.

Main reason being I don't like being disturbed whilst trying to enjoy a meal, if every a few minutes a character shows up at the table then you have to interact with it and your breakfast gets cold and I don't like posing for photos as it is so when they appear near my table it puts me on edge.

Not a relaxing or calm atmosphere at all. I also think they are rather expensive for what it is.

Only upside to them is getting lots of pictures with no wait, and while you wait you get food.

I love a good buffet, or as my DW says "every time you bend your elbow your mouth opens," but I digress. When my DS was small, and when they had characters there, we used to go to Liberty Tree Tavern our first night for dinner to get into full Disney mode. We still enjoy a good character meal to get that Disney feeling.
