i did a thread about if harry potter was in wdw where would it be. Well i like how it turned out, so i decided to make more of them, now this isn't about if it should or shouldn't be in wdw, its about where it should be if it was in wdw. So if nintendo had an attraction that was going into wdw where would you put it ? You can even create the attraction.

we went on our honeymoon to wdw in 1989, then were there in 1990 and 1992. There was a Sega video game set up in one of the innoventions buildings in Epcot. it filled about half the building with many video game stations set up my husband could have spent hours in there. He did spend a huge amount of time, I took off to do some shopping.

Epcot, possibly; a video game history ride in an new Entertainment Pavilion could work, right?

The idea can work, but there would need to be be a change. Nintendo has played a big role in Video Game History, but Video games didn't start with Nintendo. I don't think companies that are not sponsors of Disney would want their names and products being mentioned or shown in the ride as a result. There actually are still companies that own the rights to game systems that came out before the crash including infogrames owning the rights to Atari. That means Disney Would need a deal with infogrames as a result.

I am sure Nintendo wouldn't want their current game console competitors in mentioned in the history of video games since Nintendo would be sponsoring the ride or attraction either.

The best way to handle it is by showing Nintendo's role in Video game history in a ride based on what your idea for ride concerning Nintendo.

Bring it to the Studios, have a video game themed expansion with Wreck it Ralph, Tron, and Nintendo properties, specifically Mario and Zelda to give it a Fantasyland feel.

BRILLIANT! Better than Epcot! Hey, could SEGA be in there at all? Nintendo had Sonic in SSB, but does that have any relevance?

The most obvious location is DHS, seeing as how that park is the dumping ground for properties that don't fit the theme of the other parks, but unless you theme the attraction to that awful Mario movie, Nintendo really doesn't belong there.
The Epcot pavilion is an interesting idea, but to me, it doesn't really feel right there either.
Personally I think a separate land at MK would be ideal. I could totally see the Mushroom Kingdom located behind Circusland, just kind of off to the side and out of sight from other areas in the park. The entrance to the land could even be a green pipe tunnel (sorry I don't know what they're called lol).
Other than an MK-land, I'd love to see Nintendo take over DisneyQuest...

If not take over, just add a new level. Oh, off topic, a lightcycle/disk wars attraction would be cool there. :D

Yep yep yep! Disney Quest could have been really cool...it's a shame. On a side note, I've always felt Tron would be a perfect fit on New York St in DHS, especially considering the 80's theme they've got going there.
