But Mickey and Minnie's houses probably fit in better at the MK.

Yes but lets say MK is not an option. I think if you put it indoors where Narnia and OMD is now that it would be cool. They could make it night all the time have the streets and houses light up. Then maybe add a dark ride :D

I still say tear down the Tomorrowland Speedway and build a new Toontown section there. Rides or no rides, I think it'd be better than that piece of garbage ride anyday.

But if Toontown were built there, it would be right under the Peoplemover tracks. And the transition from Toontown to Tomorrowland would be all the more jarring.

Toontown could fit between the Animation Courtyard and the Pixar Gate. Here is DL's Toon town laid over the area.

You could enter this land thru either a car tunnel or the Gag factory wall like in the Roger Rabbit movie. This land would be totally immersive theming with no intrusions. Even the Earful Tower would fit.

While I love RR's Cartoon Spin ride, I think a ride featuring Mickey Donald & Goofy would be great, too.

dont make pixie hollow, and make a good toontown like in dl.. simple, pretty much the whole expansion is geared towards little girls, toontown is neutral and would be a much needed and better fit than ph

I agree. Through most of my life, we only had one fairy - Tink. Then they apparently invented some more behind my back. I don't think the "fairy franchise" will be long-lasting, and eventually "Pixie Hollow" will be another forgotten land.

I'd get rid of the Honey I Shrunk the Kids: Movie Set Adventure in DHS and create a new and improved Toontown Fair there. I could be wrong, but it seems like there's plenty of space there.

If they HAD to move to the Studios, this would be my choice too. That playground is SOOOO dated. HISTK was a new movie in 1989, when the Studios opened. It was very popular and they even had some SFX examples in the good version of the backlot tour.

Now, the area couldn't fit an entire Toontown, but it could make for a nice new play area with a shelter for meet-n-greets. The logistical problem is that I think the playground is surrounded by on-stage areas, meaning the characters couldn't sneak in and out - they'd have to be escorted through the park, which would ruin the concept of them having "homes".

This is my favorite. The ride doesn't fit with anything, at all. It's not "tomorrow"...it's not "fantasy"...and it's loud and stinky and dangerous. It was a neat midway style ride they stole from DL, and it ate up a bunch of dead space on the MK plot.

TTA could get walls along the portion of the track in that area, so as not to ruin the visual. And beyond that, they could easily make the transition from TL to FL with trees, buildings, tunnels, etc.

I don't think the most reliable place to find the Fab Six should be at the Studios. It should be at the MK, which always seems to be the most populous of the parks.

I like the museum idea as well. You could set up small pavillions with elements of the old rides like 20K or Mr. Toad so that guests that remember them would have an opportunity to photograph and see what remains. I would even suggest it be built on or next to the River Country site and be an included attraction for all MK guests with an added restaurant or two and dedicated boat service from MK. Some vintage characters would be sweet also.

The cost and staffing would be minimal and the guest experience would be great. This would also ease the crowds at MK a bit and most of the infrastructure is in place in terms of utilities.

Run with it.
