By putting the Great Value spaghetti noodles in boiling water.
Along with RAGÚ® chunky sauce and a couple of precooked meatballs from Costco nuked for 90 seconds. Totally done and on the table in 15 minutes! Easier then even walking out to the car to go to Arby's.

I should introduce @Figgy1 to my oldest daughter whom I am totally convinced that she was born 2 centuries late. If she can find a way to make life more primitive or more hands on she will do it that way.

That may apply to you, but it doesn't apply to her or any of her family. You have a reason, she doesn't. I honestly hate eating at her house, nothing has any flavor and/or, in some cases, even identity.

I am always tempted to ask her which one of her lives she is planning to enjoy. I do make some concession to health. For example, tonight I am going to make chili. I will be using ground pork instead of beef. Tastes and looks exactly the same when it is cooked.

Disappointed in all of the Ragu users...for the love of Pete, at least go with Bertolli or Barilla if you're going to use jarred sauce. ;)

I accept that not everyone is going to slave over the stove for 3 hours to make sauce (it doesn't take us six hours, but maybe I'm doing it wrong 🤷‍♀️) but do use a decent sauce. Ragu is not good sauce. :D

Hopefullly @JenniferS will get a laugh from this, which I got from a site that was doing "Irish memes", except that they admitted that they stole them from somewhere else, and misinterpreted at least 35% of them.

Would anyone care to guess how many of the so-called Irish memes mentioned potatoes??? :bored:

We use Mutti canned whole tomatoes, an immersion blender, a handful of spices, and sometimes add a jar of PC (Canadian premium store brand) sauce.

Ragu isn’t even available in Canada anymore … along with Skippy’s, Lean Cuisine, and Kleenex. Better quality Canadian brands continue to step up and fill the void.

I rarely use paper plates. I like using real ones better. Plus, it saves money, and it's one less thing that I put in a landfill.
We use paper plates when we are on the go and other times also for a safety aspect. We've broken plates and glasses before and almost got cut during the breakage.

Another big reason is I didn't want to do dishes. I just wanted to put a plate in the dishwasher.
Ants can smell food a mile away so that is why we don't put dirty plates in the dishwasher . In the 30 years we've owned the home built new we must have used the dishwasher 3x just to make sure it still works. It does. Dishes is a task I like doing with the finished product sparkling clean. Paper plates we use from time to time.
