I suppose, too, that people tend to feel more awake when they're surrounded by hordes of other people, enjoying the park at crazy hours. The upbeat energy generated from the crowd can be contagious!

Late EMHs usually kinda' start out that way, but, they can, also, become quite desolate between about 1:30-3a.
Which can, also, be pretty fun...! :joyfull:

NFL's Facebook page is great! I totally can't tell this is #10 for the Texans!

I can't imagine Disney messing with the allergies of guests. They have this down, I can't imagine them messing with the policy. Errr shame on them. I would advise Disney, they can't fix that if they don't know. Remember the date and time of your ADR so they can find who was on duty at that time. Did the Chef come out. At Prime the next table over had the Chef appear and the child of the parents with allergies was not on this trip with them and the Chef still asked the balance of guests at the table if they had allergies he needed to address, I could tell he wasn't comfortable leaving without addressing something. The women after he left said obviously they retain this information in your permanent family data.

I'm with you on the Biergarten. Not a fan since it went buffet. When it was a menu restaurant it was beyond amazing and their Sauerbraten melted in your mouth. I miss it being a menu restaurant. I've never been disappointed with Teppan Edo but do wish when I'm on the dining plan that they improved the dessert offerings not that I generally have much room in my tummy. If I'm doing a signature and want meat I'm going to either Yachtsmen or Artist Point. LeCeillier was going downhill indeed for a while even while a one credit meal. They never rose to the signature level and I believe that is a hard experience to pull off in a themepark setting.
Yeah, I was thinking about contacting Disney. I'll do it when I get home and settled. Same at Teppan Edo. I don't bother with dessert. I did have a problem once there when they used to have green tea pudding. Had to take a couple benadryl. One of my friends was down there with her parents and she looked over at me and said, "Uh, you need benadryl." Now they tell me ice cream or fruit cup for the dessert. I get dessert later, if at all, at most places, so a poor dessert menu doesn't bother me.

Dang. Why can't that be the case at 2:30 p.m., instead of 2:30 a.m.??? :banghead:
During our last 3 am close we were on Dumbo at 2:45 with about a half dozen other people and no one in line. The first time it ended the CMs said we could ride again if we wanted. The same group of us strangers all rode four times in a row without getting off. :joyfull: It was the novelty of it and I knew by the time we walked somewhere else the park would be closed. Those CMs were so much fun singing and dancing that I made sure to give them an A+ at Guest Relations on the way out..

This was supposed to be the year for our first DL trip ever.

BFF/SIL was supposed to be going to Europe with her ex-MIL, but Oma's poor health caused those plans to tank, and despite my best efforts, I just couldn't talk Hubby out of his comfort zone.

Mark it down. It's not often I fail to persuade.

Sorry to hear it didn't pan out. :(
Hopefully, something to look forward to in the not-too-distant future...! :)
