I was raised on butterbeans, which in the south refers to small limas cooked with a piece of bacon and butter.
They cook up very tender and delicious.
Butterbeans, black eyed peas, fresh tomatoes, fresh cucumber, fresh onion, fried okra, a slab of ham and cornbread. That's a meal right there!
And more deliciousness.!!!
Reminds me.. due of a virus that infected most shrimp (virus from china go figure)
Mexico's shrimp prices skyrocketed from 10 USD a kilo to 46 USD a kilo.. insane.
And all because a single company decided to cheapen and buy shrimp growth food from China.
GOOD JOB! *slow clap*
Meh, I usually do my own salsa for hotdogs (cream, mustard, mayonaisse, jalapeño in escabeche's juice, spices, salt, pepper and very finely sliced onion with a touch of soy sauce)![]()
A lot of people like A&W the best, but to me nothing can top Barq's. It's my favorite soda.Oh my!
Seriously, before I got to the last word in your post I was already thinkin' about Barq's!!!![]()

A&W.This reminded me of a not-so-funny story that happened earlier today at work. In the break room I bought a 50 cent can of soda from the soda machine, and it was advertised as Mug root beer. What came out was some generic, off-brand stuff that only our store sells. Talk about a disappointment.
Just as a disclaimer, I do not believe Mug is the best root beer, but it's certainly a step up from what I had today. My favorite root beer is Barq's.
I've never even heard of Hires.A&W.
Then, Hires.
Then, Barq's.
Then, the generics.
What about the hotdogs at IKEA?
There's no direct translation from English to French for the word "fancy". If you Google it, you'll get "fantaisie", but you could also use "élégant" or another similar word.
For those who can't quite figure it out, élégant means elegant.

I haven't been to IKEA in more than 4 years.
Do they even sell hotdogs there?
Do you have to assemble them yourself?
If it wasn't for Google Translate that Bruce Springsteen translated for Swedish audiences post would have never happened.Oh my goodness how our foreign language instructors hate Google Translate.
Knapsacks are just like sleeping bags, right?
Back-pack???
I was going to say that maybe it's a Canadian concoction, but according to the attached article, it's considered the "longest continuously made soft drink in the United States".I've never even heard of Hires.

So what you're saying is I can still take aThis is the Knapsack I took on canoe trips.![]()
Well, maybe I'm just out of the root beer loop.I was going to say that maybe it's a Canadian concoction, but according to the attached article, it's considered the "longest continuously made soft drink in the United States".
