Just to play devils advocate, this appears to be by the goats based on the fence on the left, which means it’s near the end of the ride, if for instance it had been a long line, followed by some “Giraffic” or a Rhino Jam said man could have been in line/on the ride for close to two hours and after 30+ min in a bumpy jeep ride and may have hit the emergency zone when it comes to his bladder. What he did was wrong, but it may have been a choice between that or urinating in the vehicle surrounded by his family. I feel a little bad for him, especially since he went for quite some time.

It was still wrong and should get you kicked out of the parks but as someone who had to use the backstage toilet at Rise after being in line for 2+ hours in 2021 I feel his pain.
