When Magic Kingdom opens at 8 for all - can we enter at 7?

I noticed that MK has changed a lot of hours - I'm speaking of the weeks of Nov 27 - Dec 8.

It says MK opens at 8 - does this mean I can enter at 7 and hang out on Main Street and the castle stage area?

I just want to confirm before I show up that early! I want to soak in Main Street USA ambiance in the early morning - my favorite time of day!

EMH) the turnstiles will open a few minutes before 8. The “extra hour” early is on days with a 9 am opening.

Same time as everyone else. You just go to the right of the hub and check in with a Cm who will let you proceed to BoG
