When Is Shanghai Disneyland Opening?

I have seen dates anywhere from 2014 to 2016 for the opening date of SDL in the press in the last few months. Yesterday in the ShanghaiDaily.com it had the following statement:

"SHANGHAI Disneyland, scheduled to open in 2015, will kick off a global recruitment campaign next year."

Looks like the plan is now to open in 2015.

Just after I posted this the South China Morning Post ran the following in an article about growth in the Shanghai Area:

"Han (Han Zheng is mayor of Shanghai) also pledged to accelerate construction of the city's Disneyland theme park, but did not provide details. Work started on the long-awaited 390-hectare park and resort in April last year, and the 29 billion yuan (HK$35.67 billion) project is expected to be completed in 2016."

Now I am really confussed.
