When do first quarter hotel deals usually get announced?

I have something on the books for Marathon weekend but curious when hotel deals usually get announced for dates after Jan 1st? Everything is up to the end of the year right now as expected but curious if there is a typical pattern to when hotel deals get announced throughout the year. thanks.
