I really want to try Pecos Bill's one of these days, but the rest of the family's kind of meh on the menu...or should I call it meh-nu?

I'll see myself out, thanks.

Seriously, though my kids think Mexican is just too much flavor. They'll eat tortilla chips, maybe waving the chip near the salsa for a second, like tipping a toe in the pool, and nibbling it like it was poison.
Not Mexican at all. This is more like texmex. Sure sign of texmex is the overuse of cumin.

MK: Pecos Bill's...topping bar still pretty, pretty good, even though there's no more guac there, but you if you pay extra, it's a decent amount.
DHS: Woody's, cuz it's new, got some different fare.
AK: Y & Y
EP: Sunshine Seasons, lots of choices.

MK - Pecos Bill's Tall Tale Inn & Cafe (Frontierland) - The toppings bar is AMAZING.
Epcot - La Cantina de San Angel (World Showcase - Mexico) - Typical Mexican food but very delicious.
Hollywood Studios - Backlot Express (Echo Lake) - Not a lot to choose from in DHS, but the burgers/chicken nuggets are decent here.
Animal Kingdom - Flame Tree Barbecue (Discovery Island) - Lots of food for a pretty good (Disney) price
