What WOL has going for itself

WOL

Worst attraction that has ever been or still is in Epcot. Hated it from day one. Soothing yes, why? Because nobody is ever in it.....we went in there in December of 2002 because we brough new people who had never been in Disney before. We had such a blast that week. The worst park they didn't like was Epcot and the worst attraction they saw there was WOL. This is NEW people who had never been there before. We never said anything about any attraction in any of the "World" because we didn't want to influence them. We asked at the end of the trip what parks they loved and what one they could do without. And like I stated before, they didn't love Epcot and they hated that attraction!

While we're at it, I think the Land needs a big update on the inside.

I think the Land pavillion has done a great job standing up to the test of time. I'm not ure how you could update it to make it better. Besides, would it be horrible to leave something alone in the parks? Not everything needs to be altered. JII proves that.

I UNDERSTAND WHERE YOU'RE COMING FROM, BUT I DONT THINK THEY MEAN ACTUALLY TEARING THE ENTIRE LAND PAVILLION DOWN AND STARTING OVER [LIKE ATTRACTIONS SUCH AS TEST TRACK, AND MISSION SPACE] I THINK THEY JUST MEAN REVAMP A FEW THINGS, LIKE NEW PAINT, CARPET, ETC, THAT KIND OF STUFF
-AND WITH SOMETHING TO THAT EXTENT, I'D AGREE WITH THAT.

New paint is fine, but I think it ought to be the same color. Even then, though, they've repainted the ceiling in the atrium, and done other minor stuff like you mentioned. I was talking about something more significant being unncecessary. That pavillion is still very entertaining and themed extremely well to what it was meant to be. I just don't see an opportunity for improvement there.

I think due to several factors the outlook of WOL is positive. I'll use a comparison to its evicted neighbor, Horizons.

Wonders of Life////////////////Horizons
2 D-Ticket rides/////////////////// 1 C-Ticket Ride
Large interactive area//////////// No interactive areas
Present Popularity/////////////////Not popular in last few years
(Cranium Command)///////////(though always popular with me)

I also wanted to note that Horizons was a full fledged E-Ticket attraction, not merely a c-ticket.
