Now that Primeval Whirl is gone forever, what is going to become of Dinoland USA? Are/were there plans for something else?

What to going to happen with Dinoland USA now?

Nothing.
If there isn't money to do all the announced projects, and they even added other projects through an unforced error (Splash rethemes), then there's no money to re-do a mini-land.
RoL and PW are closed to save money. New spending ain't happening.
(BTW, according to insiders, there were blue sky plans for 'fixing' or retheming Dinoland, but as blue sky plans, they were always in flux, and nothing was near being greenlit. And now, no money for any plan.)

i’m sure they have they’re best people working in it. kidding aside, that would be an awesome addition to the park.
