Since we are about a year off from Super Nintendo World opening in Tokyo and maybe Hollywood is two and a half years out. What if Universal is not thinking on using more then Nintendo. Disney probably won’t use games as possible attractions because they are not good at that business and it just is not Disney. I think Universal might just be planning on bringing more then Nintendo and they are calling this expansion the Super Nintendo World so maybe the Mushroom Kingdom and Donkey Kong Country are it but also Harry Potter expanded as well. But what if we were to get more then Nintendo where they use other more well known gaming IP’s and that could take up a park within itself. Let’s discuss a few ideas. Not Nintendo
-MineCraft (Microsoft/Mojang/Notch)
Who would not. I love this game that has now beaten Tetris in sales. I believe they would have lots of possibilities. There could be a Mine Cart roller coaster. A boat ride through the overworld and into possibly the Nether even though water can’t go into there. This would be awesome as it can be highly immersive without much effort as maybe when it turns to night the torched light up and the anaimls of Minecraft can be heard.
-Portal (Valve)
Maybe a portal coaster or simulator will be cool.
-Halo (Microsoft)
Maybe a trackless dark ride going through a Halo ring world. The guests might be stranded there and get saved by Master Chef
-God of War (Sony)
I don’t know much about this franchise but maybe a boat ride where they get attacked by a demon or something from Greek mythology or they are on a tour of Olympus but Kratos intercepts.
-Sonic (Sega)
Not a bad idea but maybe a spinner ride or a launching roller coaster. There once was a Sonic coaster or something like that in a park somewhere as a overlay.
Do you have any other ideas.
I wonder and don’t kill me in the comments as this was out of the top of my head

I always wanted a Halo attraction. You ride in the Warthog and gun down the covenant/flood/whatever. However, Halo’s popularity has died down a bit since its peak so it would probably never happen.

And then everyone gets attached to a crank and crushed to death because he needed to open a door.

Yeah
Unless Infinite does super well they could make a shooter ride

I’ll be honest. Until I read some people talking about Zelda in a Nintendo land thread, I had never heard of the game. I had to look it up.
Also,
Yeah I learned about Zelda just a few years ago,
Sadly I have never played one but I heard some are amazing

Nothing Sonic please. That would attract Sonic fans, who are far scarier than anything at HHN and the cinematic abomination combined.

Only other gaming ideas worth much are Pokemon and Zelda outside of what’s already planned. No other franchise outside of maybe Minecraft is worth the time and money to implement.

Minecraft would support a nice little land and merch as well. Not sure if WoW is on the way out but there’s a lot to do with it and it could be a low grade alternative to LOTR.

It's certainly been healthier, but I think there's a lot of room for them to turn things around to get things less-bad numbers-wise.
DnD might not be a bad route to go to get Generic Tolkien-ish Fantasy License, too.

Nintendo may have a clause in the contract that no other game company's but Nintendo be allowed in the park
