I had no clue they served Beaver Tails at one point!!! We tried them in Montreal this past week and absolutely loved them! That would be a fun item to bring back.

I never relaized they were that popular, or hard to find.
There are a number of Teppan places around here (the more 'edgy' ones with the funky ighting and the Led Zepplin background music) that do Cheesesteak Spring Rolls. Sandwitch steaks, sauteed onion, and cheese in a spring roll. I even make them at home when the mood strikes me. I didn't know that they were so hard to find.

This isn't terribly adventurous but what I'd really love to see is a nice big fresh salad with a quality protein at quick service spots. That's all I want.
Of all places, ABC Commissary has gotten this one pretty right. Maybe I'm missing something and not that I frequent every QS spot every trip but every other QS salad I've had feels either unfresh or the chicken or other meat, shall I say "meat", is just deplorable. If y'all know of other places that offer this let me know.

Yes but you are talking $20-$30 plate meals at Raglan Road for dinner. I would want this on a much smaller scale.

I agree with others that I would like to see:
Asian and Indian food in the parks especially in MK and DHS to include a traditional Dim Sum service somewhere on property not just the little options offered at Morimoto.
Poutine with a few other options in a CS would be great for Canada with the addition of serving breakfast.
A Molecular Gastronomy restaurant though this may be coming soon with the addition of Jose Andres rumored West Side restaurant.
More/better Vegetarian and Vegan options at CS and QS
More variety in CS for MK and DHS
Another option for the All Stars resorts as well as AoA and Pop/
Bring back the eggroll cart to DAK and the Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese stuffed Pretzels resort wide.
