now here's the big question: can you see illuminations from it? if it goes every five minutes, then it would make sense that at some point you'd be able to catch part of the show. can anyone confirm or deny this?

World Showcase really isn't in the view of the camera. I think you are seeing pretty much from the Epcot monorail station to the middle of Innoventions.

It's nice to have some kind of webcam back. I still miss the in park cameras though.
