Let me add one more "Welcome Home". Heading to Walt Disney World today for a weekend stay. Used all my points this year and next, so sadly will be staying at Shades of Green.

haven't stayed at shades of green. however, I do appreciate your service to this country and glad to see Disney extending their gratitude for our armed services as well.

we've been looking at DVC but i'm confused. on the website under costs it says an example of buying ones that are 23,000 561 closing costs then about 900 a year. So do you have to pay all 23,000 at once or can you make monthly payments? How did you get theese types of detials? Thanks!!
