Welcome To: The WDWMagic Imagineering Tournament!
zmigjd.jpg

With the epic conclusion of “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” upon us, the time has come for the WDWmagic fall competition! After recent discusses with the main competition hosts I have received the honor of the fall slot and I can’t wait to begin! This years competition will be one very different then what you are used to. The tournament will be composed of four teams each with a uniquely diverse make-up with the key components to win. After teams are assigned everyone will be placed in pairs then each week one pair will receive a challenge; the challenges will never be the same for any pair. By the end each pair will have had two challenges. After the last challenge for each pair one of the teams (from both pairs) will move to round two (comprised of two challenges). The winner will be decided by our voting panel (they will also vote for who wins each round in round one) after the last challenge of round two. To sign up please comment below with your name and what you can bring to your team. I can’t wait to see you all again next Friday when the teams are assigned, See ya’ real soon!

My name is JDM, and I would like to sign up. In this competition, I will bring a lot to the table. I am constantly checking WDWMagic and will be in near constant communication with my team to complete the challenges, I am fine with drawing concept art, and can go all out on a creative project when needed. Hope to get through this contest to the end. Thanks!

Ladies and Gentleman there has been a logo change, a great member (and hopefully participant) @MonorailRed has created a fantastic logo for season one featured below. I would like to extend a warm thank you for her fantastic work on helping us for the ICS and ACS! There may be another change in this as I get the challenge started. Thanks for your cooperation.

Hey, My name is Miles. I am new to posting to WDWmagic but I have been a follower of the site for years. Many of you might have seen my work into digitally recreating Walt Disney World, I am not far along but it shows my passion for the parks. I like to think I have a lot to bring to the table. I am computer programmer and a classicist so attention to detail is something I am good at. My life goal is the be an Imagineer so this would be a great chance to challenge myself.

Thanks Dreamfinder, glad to see you back. Are there some other members here that want to take a shot in this challenge?

Hi, my name is MA Screamin', and I joined this forum in January 2012. Ever since I first stepped into the Magic Kingdom, I was obsessed with all things Disney, and especially Imagineering.

I believe I have many talents that could help my team prevail, with the first being writing. Whether it be scripts, slogans, or just rewriting a simple sentence, I feel I could help my team say or show what they're aiming for, and do so in a magnificent way. If necessary, I can also produce layouts and "artist rendings" of concepts. Thanks, and I can't wait for the season to start!

Hi I am always interested in imagineering Tournaments and like the idea of team work so stress doesn’t get to me. Being in college it is often hard to keep up with online stuff. I am actually going to Disney for the weekend (it’s my birthday) so yea, count me in! :)
