The chef who would make these crazy dishes for my wife is no longer at O'Hana. Last I knew, he was at 1900 PF. He made some fun desserts for her there! We haven't been to either place on our past few trips. He really had fun with food!But... wha... ho... what?!
Not to say that it wouldn't be tasty... just random lol!

Im sure the chefs get bored at these buffet style restaurants making mass produced items. Im willing to bet they enjoy working with some food allergy guests so they can have fun and be creative.That looks like my kind of dish!
ETA : and I'm not even gluten free!

No doubt. I just showed dh that picture, and he said, "yep! That's right up your alley!"
Maybe I should go down there in the next few months and pretend to have a food allergy so the chefs can get creative for me. The chefs get bored, right?
*kidding! I just really need an excuse to go back down there in the next several months... haha!*

It is sooo good. I would suggest the dinner that has the fried chicken, pot roast on one plate. The fried chicken is to die for too.

It was actually not bad! I'm one of those people who go to Akershus for the experience rather than the food, but I enjoyed it. A little less bleu cheese would've been ok.
