Watercraft Safety Physical

Hi everyone. I am scheduled for my watercraft safety physical exam and was wondering if anyone knows about the lifting portion of the exam. I was told to dress in workout attire and would be required to lift 50-70 lbs. Can anyone help me to understand this part of the exam? TIA
