I feel the BNL does not have to be major factor in anything...after all they are the BAD guys in the movie....and the moral that "we have to take care of things....not just survive" is a good one at that.... perhaps something themed with being "green" and taking care of our planet with the renegade robots involved would be interesting...could see it at either TL or DHS.... :king: Sadly the commentary about people who "don't see" the world around them but are addicted to their blackberries, laptops, Iphones and other such gadgets to fill their time.....I know quite a few folks that are not that far off ignoring things that REALLY matter.....:lookaroun

Disney has never officially announced what they are building next to the Contemporary - maybe it's a new Buy-N-Large Superstore?

Wall-e has finally come out over here in the UK. I sent to see it tonight and was impressed.

When the film was over we stayed and watched the credits. Towards the end in the software develoment etc section was a 'Theme Park' credits section. What does this mean? Should we expect a Wall-e attraction soon?
I always thought that Pixar listed the ENTIRE company in its credits. That's why they are a.) so frickin' long, and b.) contain weird job titles like plant care specialists and lunch counter workers that didn't directly work on the movie.

That is what I always thought too...I assume the "Theme Park" people interface with the Imagineers in the development of any Pixar-themed ride, not necessarily a Wall-E one (though I agree it would be cool).

I do want to see a Wall-E attraction. I'd most like to see it in Epcot, because there it has learning/teaching potential. In Tomorrowland, it'll be just another Pixar tie-in. This isn't a vision of the future we really want to celebrate in grand style. We really should be trying to avoid it.
I think that WALL-E would be a cool addition to the Land, maybe they could get rid of the lion king thing and replace it with a WALL-E themed attraction

I like the idea of replacing the Circle of Life film with one featuring Wall-E. Wall-E would also work in the Universe of Energy, as stated above. I'm sur the demise of the humans in Wall-E was helped by bad energy-consumption habits. Either way, Wall-E's story works because it show the "bad example" of where we cpould be headed. I really think Wall-E can teach people.

I won't say it's a bad idea, but Chester and Hester is also a high concept theme that doesn't seem to work for a lot of people... If you don't "get it", you're not going to like it.

Yeah, but this is a movie, the same way ToT is a TV show...Many guests will already know of the story line as opposed to H&C.
