I made mine in photoshop. I always wanted to use the waterpaint filter for something so this one I did.

I think 3's is the best, because it takes tallent to make a picture at that angle look that good... where the heck you find that at?

Um, that picture is all over the internet, just the like most of the ones the rest of us used. All you have to do is look.
