Via Napoli, Rose and Crown or Biergarten

While I love the food at Biergarten, I will not be returning there -- I hate the communal tables and have no interest in hanging out with other Epcot guests at my table while I'm trying to have dinner or lunch and relax...either of the other options are good though. Via Napoli has quickly become a favorite.

This is basically what I was about to say (type).

Trying to decide on an Epcot dinner. My parents (60's), my husband and I (40's) and our 2 year old daughter.

She loves pizza....Via Napoli. She loves to dance....Biergarten. And we all love a good Pub....Rose and Crown.

Any thoughts, experiences, or preferences?

Thanks!

For the 4 adults, Rose and Crown. Book about a half hour before Illuminations, then show up early and ask if you can be seated outside.

For the kid...well...she'll love Biergarten. Mine did. (resists urge to post youtube video)

I prefer R & C or Biergarten, Via Napoli did absolutely nothing for me. Then again I live in NYC and my family is Italian so I have grown up on great Italian food my entire life. I found the restaurant too noisy, the service was just so-so and wasnt terribly impressed. Most of the people I was with felt the same, others enjoyed their pizza so it is a bit subjective. Hope this helps!!! Marie

For an "enjoyment" of all ages- Biergarten.:)
For the most delicious pizza and atmosphere- Via Napoli.:)
For the best adult beer choices and authentic "pub" cuisine as well as a great view ( we had the best waiter. His name was "Guvna")-Rose&Crown.:)
As most folks have already said- you can't go wrong. Great choices!:)

Well, lets admit, our kids determine where we eat at Disney LOL (trust me, my DS is 24 and I STILL dictate his likes to where we dine) I have not been to Via Napoli but have heard from many members, the pizza is terrific! Biergarten... hmmmm plus and minus on that one. It IS a fun restaurant, but I'd pick somewhere else in all honesty. Not that it's bad? but other places you mention are better. Rose and Crown... oh definately yes. The food has really improved over the last few years and the Hat Lady, Carl the best bartender EVER and an awesome spot to view Illuminations, you can't go wrong!!

We just went to R&C this week and I unfortunately have nothing positive to report. It took over an hour to be seated, even with reservations. The server didn't come to the tables for over 15 minutes. The gal sitting next to us was a Disney Cast member treating her granddaughter to a dinner and day at the park and she was just as irritated. The food took an hour and we never received drink refills. The manager took 50% of the bills for those of us who complained. Nice gesture but we won't be back. Hopefully just a bad day....

Via Napoli would be my choice out of the three. R&C has been hit or miss for us as far as food quality, and we had less than pleasant experience with Biergarten due to the dining arrangements. Via Napoli has a good selection of food choices to please all.

Sounds like it. Every restaurant has bad nights, even Disney ones.

Never had Rose and Crown but, ate at Via Napoli & Biergarten in September. We liked them both but, I would go with Biergarten for the atmosphere. Our DD4 LOVED it! We had to dance the chicken dance! Via Napoli was good but, not great. Atmosphere isn't that great either!
