When is the parade thats broadcast on TV (ABC) actually filmed?

On a few days in the month.

I still miss the live parade. I thought it was much better! We went the first year that they did the tape delay and were very upset that things had changed after all those years watching it on TV live (and yes, it was live until about three years ago)!

Now it is disjointed, and too obviously a commercial for other parts of WDW. I actually think the live parade was a better commercial for making people want to go there. The slick, infomercial style now looks plastic, insincere, and ho-hum.

Yeah santa is definetly last. I belive that goofy santa is before him but dont qoute me on that. Im not sure when the parade is taped but i usually dont watch it though becuse it is the same thing i see at Mickeys very merry christmas party. I sometimes watch though just to see the rides. i see the rides and the disney magic enters my blood

I performed in the parade about five years ago and it was filmed a few weeks before Christmas.
