Use Quick-Service credits towards Table Service?

Hey folks,
For our two adults, two kids WDW visit in in Sept., we've got the Quick-Service Plan as part of the Delicious Free Offer at CBR.

We also booked three Table Service meals while there, and, it dawned on me that we could likely upgrade to the Dining Plan for the price that all three Table meals would cost out-of-pocket. (Chef Mickey's Brunch; Rainforest Cafe Dinner; Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Lunch)

Then I wonder if we'd be able to "subsidize" the Table meal bills using our Quick-Service credits ... anyone know?

You can use the QS credits for snacks though, you need to get all 3 snacks at the same time and use a QS credit.

Seeing you'll be upgrading it would make sense to add a few more fun sit down meals

Sounds like it might be worth paying the difference between the free QS plan and the dining plan that includes one TS per day. You should be able to convert your dining plan but you would have to do it BEFORE you go. Estimate what your TS meals would cost, then call Disney and see what the meal plan upgrade would cost. That is one reason we do the DDP - grandchildren and character meals.
Yes, we could eat for less than the cost of the dining plan, but what we choose to do would cost us more than the dining plan. Character meals every day add up quickly!

If you plan on doing TS dining, I would definitely upgrade to the standard dining plan. I think the difference in price would be worth it.

Yeah! Upgrading is great for Character meals. Try and utilize all of your Table Service credits, Quick Service and Snack credits. Someone here may be able to better explain but left over QS credits can be used for 3 snacks in a single transaction.
