I heard that they will give you a "special" go to the front of the line pass if you you were actually waiting on the line at the time of the breakdown

due to the electrical storm last weekend, they had to close many attractions that had fastpass, including Splash Mountain and Space Mountain. They honored fastpasses for the rest of the day, according to several CM (since I was hesitant to get one for that reason).
