Upcoming Price increases for Polynesian and Aulani

Reliable sources are reporting upcoming price increases for both Aulani and the Polynesian.

EFFECTIVE: May 4, 2016 for new buyers and June 1, 2016 for current members

Both will be increasing from $168/point to $171/point.

That's roughly twice what we paid per point when we bought at Wilderness Lodge back in 2003.

Yea we looked this past week while we were staying at the VGF.

Since we are existing DVC owners our price for 200 points will run $150 a point during the promo that just started, but we need to purchase before 5/1 to get the current savings.

We are looking hard and might purchase 200 more on top of that we will get another 200 points for 2015 added so we can bank those.

Wife and I are thinking hard we will make a decision this weekend.

Our sales person quoted us

$150 per point (200 points), $1218 annual dues, I am at $30850 out the door.

If we purchase the 200 points , we will be given an additional 200 points that we can uses now and or bank. This was the same deal we had last year except we paid $165 a point for VGF.

He said pricing goes up 5/4/16 for Poly.
