Universals New Nighttime Show

Does anyone have details on Universal’s new nighttime show? Currently I think they are building a new viewing area and installing something in the water?

Seems to be under deep wraps so you will have to be patient til it is announced. No permits have been issued for this that anyone has posted

I doubt it, it hasn't even been announced by Universal. Who knows how long it will be?

That is not going to happen - sorry. You might get to see a huge aluminium platform in the water though

We won't know until one is announced. The only thing guaranteed to be happening is the usual Christmas stuff. They could also bring back the Hogwarts projections, which begin after sundown.

Oh well. Everything at Universal will be new to me as this will be my first time visiting. I may decide on Blue Man Group in the evening.

Pretty tough with how late the sun sets but maybe they will build something that deals with that.

Or stay open later? I would like Universal to stay open till midnight on the weekends.

showing rehearsals of the show, with lighted floats. One looked like a huge lighted Megatron.

I honestly don't have a link. I actually saw it on YouTube on Monday, and remembered it, when I saw this discussion.

Just looked at the Inside Universal forums and while no new big info, they siad Universal has a date, we don't know it yet.

Are you sure that was for Orlando and not the new Japan nighttime parade? They have a huge lighted Megatron.

Yes, they mentioned they were in Florida. Two young guys, not Japanese. I guess we get a huge lighted Megatron also!

Interesting. IMO I rather see a big nighttime show in IOA. That was a rumor at one point but it died out I guess.

It was a pair of young men that were in Japan. The rehearsal was in Japan.
