Universal Pictures Home Entertainment and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment have announced a 10-year agreement to operate their home video operations under one umbrella. The agreement, subject to DOJ approval and set to begin in Q1 2021, will combine the companies' sales, marketing and distribution operations and handle distribution of both library and newer titles (movies and TV) from both studios for DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Blu-ray.

The digital arms of both entities will remain separate.
