Was in MK on 15OCT12, and was lucky enough to ride Under the Sea twice during "dress rehearsals". The first time was around 1400hrs. The ride still has it's bugs. We were stuck in front of Ursula for almost ten minutes. When we exited the ride, we noticed that the CMs were preventing any else from entering the queue. Our second ride occurred around 1920hrs. This time we got stuck for five minutes and when we finally did get moving, there was no audio. I am not complaining. In fact, I feel very fortunate for getting the chance to ride it.

Would it be horrible for me to say I wish the whole ride would start having major problems so they had to reimagine and make it ten times better? hahaha. Wishful thinking.

Flotsam and Jetsam room (small transition before ursula) is incomplete. Lots of unfinished walls in there.

It is too bad they didn't make the track the shells go along a little more exciting.....if they made it a little wavy so you felt more underwater, it would at least make it a little more different than Nemo. Plus overall a more fun/exciting ride.

If they did this, they would have to install seasick bags

Well, I do not mean actual wave moment, just something a little more.....hilly? At least Haunted Mansion you can go backwards, sideways, forwards, etc.

Agree, along with a couple other areas that are horribly lacking, such as when you turn to go backwords. But I think what you see is what you get, theres no more to be added. The flotsom jetsam segment would have been so much better had it been a larger space with the light effect thats on the left side, also be inlcuded on the right side and over head, but the right side is just black walls and junk. Theres just something that bugs me how they will spend millions on queues but cheap out on the actual attraction and do as little as possible.
With that being said its a nice little ride but doesnt go beyond nice.

I found it interesting that there is a ton of wide walking space along the entire ride route on the sides of the shells, is this for new acessibility codes or something?

You gotta be kidding me! What is the deal with these massive eyebrows?!? Below is a picture of what the real King Triton looks like (without roadkill glued on his forehead). I mean, I can't even see Triton's eyes in the ride incarnation, he must have to brush his eyebrows out each day!

Kinda looks weird how he is just nodding his head up and down and pointing his trident. He's also the center point of the scene, and not in a good way, you've got pint-sized Eric and Ariel and then this big half-naked muscular guy with the only real hair in the ride moving his head up and down like he's listening to his iPod or something.
