Hi . I live in the U.K.. I and my family have been fortunate to holiday in Orlando nearly every year since 1989 apart from during Covid. The main attraction has always been to visit WDW but like others we are now reconsidering this. Our purse strings are breaking with not only high entrance fees with only a small reduction for children who cannot even do a lot of the rides due to their height but extra charges for lightning lanes which have replaced the nice FREE Fast Passes. Your customer satisfaction isn’t the best anymore. Your gate entrance figures will continue to decline unless you see the error of your ways and stop trying to bleed us dry.
