I have an idea for a daytime show and a parade for Disney's California Adventure.
The Show:
DCA 's viewing center for WoC sort of sticks out like a sore thumb, so why not take advantage of the stage there and make a lagoon show with Mickey and friends, a some Villains and Tinkerbell. There would be four barges (one main barge and three barges that come out near the end of the show) and 2 live hosts on the main stage. The plot is that Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Pluto, Oswald, Chip, Dale, and Clarisse (from Two Chips and a Miss) are celebrating the remodel of California Adventure, and invited two "imagineers" (actors, one male, one female) to celebrate. A giant "sculpture" (actualy a fountain) comes out to start the party and various Disney characters come out to the stage to party. After some songs to which some of the WoC fountains dance to during the party, thunder is heard and the Villains come out on two seperate barges. (The villains are as follows: Malefecent, The Old Hag, Jafar, Queen of Hearts, Frollo (Hunchback of Notre Dame), and Hades) They threaten the Characters and they try to brainwash the Imagineers to think that the remodel was a bad idea. Mickey and Friends use their powers to summon Tinkerbelle. Tin comes out on her barge and sprinkles magic (well, Pixi Dust just makes you fly right?) on the Imagineers and Mickey and Freinds destory the Villains. The statue starts to become a fountain and the party starts again, the end of the first song in this part is the end of the show, signified by pyro.
This show will maybe be from 10 to 15 minutes.
The Parade:
Disney's New Generation Play Parade
Disney's New Geration Play Parade features old floats from the Pixar Play Parade with new ones. Here is a float by float description.
Float 1: Mickey and Friends
Can't have a true Disney parade without the big cheese and his friends. Mickey and his friends are wearing their classic outfits and the float is a new version of the drum from the Pixar Play Parade. I a small tribute to DEP, Goofy is driving, Minnie is on a platform on the lower part of the drum and Mickey's on the top. Donald, Daisy, Pluto, and Oswald are on the back platform (where Mike was once, the platform is larger to fit Donald, Daisy, Pluto, and Oswald).
Floats 2 to 4: Toy Story
The ending unit to the old parade is the first unit for the new one. The only float in the unit from the Pixar Play Parade is the one right before Mater, the float has been extended, leaving more room for the toys. The toys now on this float are, Woody, Buzz, Slinky, Mr. Potato Head, Hamm, and Rex. Durring the showstop, Woody and Buzz come down from the float and the showstop will start (need help for this part).
The first of the new floats is for Toy Story 2, it will feature Jesse and Bullseye. I need help deciding on decoration for the float. Showstop same for this float.
Next is Toy Story 3, which is only the LOTSO float from Block Party Bash at DHS. Showstop same for this float.
Floats 5 and 6: a bug's life
Now we come to a bug's life. The first float is the anthill, which has Flick and Atta on it. The anthill will spin as Flick is on one side and Atta's on the other. Also, this float has a special mechanisim for the showstop, which the circus bugs come up on and play with Flick and Atta. There are two of them on either side so the performers will not be cramped.
The next float in the unit is the P. T. Flea Circus, with that flea himself on the top. A Dim AA drives the float, while Francis, Gypsy the moth, and Manny the praying mantis ride the back of the wagon. Heimlich the caterpillar rides on the front of the wagon.
Float 7: Monster's Inc.
The scare/laugh floor (scare floor during parade mode, laugh floor during showstop) is depicted on this float. Mike (AA), Sulley, Boo, Needleman, and the orange and yellow monster (don't know name) are on the float.
Float 8: Lilo and Stitch
The first float in this unit is Lilo's home. On it are Lilo and Stitch, during the stop, Lilo and Stitch party with some of the experiments from the TV show (I know , ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGG GGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Float 9: The Incredibles
No change from Pixar Play Parade in this unit.
Float 10: Ratatouille
Remmy and Emmile are in an over sized kitchen. Durring the showstop, the kitchen comes to life, with all the stuff in the kitchen comming to life.
Float 11: UP
Same as the UP preparade float.
Floats 12 - 14: Princess and the Frog
The first float has Tiana's restraunt with Tiana on one side on the top and Naveen on the other. At the showstop, dancers dressed as people going to the restraunt come out and dance.
Next is Facillier's office, with the villian himself. Durring the showstop, shadow puppets come out and dance.
The last float is the Bayou with Louis, Mama Odie (maybe), and Ray (at night only).

Just Mater and Lightning McQueen.
The showstop features either a transformation in the float or extra characters comming out of trap doors.
